 General Discipline

• Abusive, vulgar, and obscene language can result in expulsion.

• Abusive use of alcohol or drugs (illegal or legal) can result in expulsion. Due to safety concerns, anyone who appears appreciably impaired may be asked by management to leave the club.

• Stealing and vandalism will result in suspension, prosecution, and/or forfeiture of membership pending property owner, management, and board action.

• Tampering of lockers will result in suspension or forfeiture of membership.

Pool Rules

• Please see signs by slides for rules for each slide.

• Dunking, harassment, and pushing people into the pool are strictly prohibited.Members and guests must be able to swim the width of the pool to enter the deep water. There are NO exceptions. Lifeguards maintain the right to test swimmers at any time who do not appear strong enough to swim the deep water. Goggles are not permitted in the deep water. Flotation devices are permitted only during adult swim. 

• The Diving Board is restricted for deep water swimmers only. Divers must either swim to the deep end pier, use the ladder closest to the diving board, or swim to the pool side to exit the pool. Do not swim back under the diving board to exit. Only one bounce allowed. Once one walks to the end of the board, one must jump off the board. The diving board will be closed during adult swims.

• Family-appropriate swim attire must be worn at all times. This is up to manager’s discretion.

Food and Drink

• Eating is allowed on the upper deck, concrete area and grassy area, but not on the pool deck.

• Drinks are allowed on the upper deck, concrete, grass, and pool deck. You must be within arm’s reach of your drink by the pool side if you are drinking while in the pool.

• Glass bottles and containers of any kind are strictly prohibited from the club at all times.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the pool deck, in locker rooms, or on the upper deck. There are non-smoking tables marked nearest the pool.
